Run Coaching, Nutrition Coaching, Personal Training, + Accountability. This can be in person or virtual.

Run coaching can be to get started in a running routine or assistance for an upcoming race or goal time.

Nutrition Coaching will set you up with all the tips + tricks to creating a balanced meal to meal prep or batch cook to understanding macros.

Personal Training of either 30 or 60 minutes, in person or virtual. We will go over form + set you up on a routine that will complement your running goals.

With the Run, Eat, Lift, Repeat Program:

  • You will receive a run training plan for the distance of your choosing, race distance, or goal finish time.

  • You will receive 2 months of nutrition coaching to keep you fueled for your runs. I can help with macro coaching or get you started on better foods to fuel your body.

  • You will receive an 8-week training strength training plan that will compliment your running schedule to keep you feeling strong to get to that finish line.

  • You will receive accountability and access to me to help you along the way and answer any questions.
