Personal Training of either 30 or 60 minutes, in person or virtual. We will go over form + set you up on a routine that will complement your running goals.

With the Run, Eat, Lift, Repeat Program:
You will receive a run training plan for the distance of your choosing, race distance, or goal finish time.
You will receive 2 months of nutrition coaching to keep you fueled for your runs. I can help with macro coaching or get you started on better foods to fuel your body.
You will receive an 8-week training strength training plan that will compliment your running schedule to keep you feeling strong to get to that finish line.
You will receive accountability and access to me to help you along the way and answer any questions.
