November Spin Theme Rides
Time flies when you're having fun. I can't believe we are about to wrap up 2017!
So many fun classes throughout this month with tons of jams.
Also, I have found this app called Fit Radio and have used it in a few of my classes. It's like having a live DJ in class. I can set the intervals and off we go. (Thinking about a post on this, LMK if you want more info!)
