Chocolate Covered Cherries Smoothie

There’s nothing better than a cold smoothie after a hot run outside or a sweaty workout. And if you are on the east coast like me, we have been seeing way to may days that are over 90 degrees and feel like a million.

I’ve been playing around with different combos + really into this chocolate 🍫covered cherries 🍒 recipe featuring my fave protein @sanosphere. Super simple + delish!

Protein is essential to build + rebuild those muscles, especially within 30 minutes of completing a workout. That’s why I love a smoothie or protein shake since it’s super easy to make + filling. I love Sano because it’s clean, high-quality protein powders that were developed to include raw plant sources that provide 20g of energy-giving complete proteins.

// Recipe //
1/2 cup frozen pitted cherries 🍒 
1 packet or scoop of chocolate protein - I use Sano or you use could also use vanilla if that’s what you have on hand + add cocoa powder 🍫
1 scoop of @vitalproteins collagen - for that extra boost ✨
1/2 cup of frozen coconut meat 🥥 or banana 🍌(whatever you have in hand) 
Eyeball nut milk of choice, depending on how thicc you like it 😉
Blend well then pour into your favorite bowl or cup + top with all the goodies. Enjoy 😋
